Our Realtor Partners: Join our Team
We have Realtor Partners in our venue states. We match our Realtors with our Associate Acquisition Managers to work on short sale properties. This expedites our process through the short sales.
If you are a Realtor and can meet the following qualifications please email us to begin discussions on territory and inclusion on our team.
- You must be a licensed Realtor in a state that we are interested in.
- You need to commit to one day a week to work with your Associate Manager.
- Your broker must approve the relationship with our investment firm.
- Commit to give your Associate Manager the required documents, MLS, tax info, etc in a timely manner.
- You must act as a buyers agent, but have the ability to take the same property after sale as the listing agent.
- You are a dynamic go getting person who wants to increase sales now.
- You are flexible in your thinking: this is out of the box, we do 10 properties a week as short sales. Positive and open minded.
- You can work with a team, we have short sales negotiation experts & other team mates to form a power team.
