We are looking for:

Houses that the seller have fallen behind by no more than three payments.
Houses that have been on the market for a long period of time.
Houses For Sale By Owner
Houses For Rent By Owner
Distressed property in OK neighborhoods. (B or C Neighborhoods)
People looking for a house because they lost theirs, are about to lose theirs, or first time buyers that are renting.
